I Reckon no matter what there is as least 10 minutes of cut footage that isnt just alternate scenes.....

What im worried about is most of the scenes will turn up on the dvd but they will be just in the Extras section I want them edited back into the film...I reckon we need to start a petition to actually have the dvd release contain the scenes in the film and not in extras.

I believe this shot or a very similar take from the same angle is in the movie, the difference is in the movie the hand is covered with the hardened molten steel via cgi. Like I said, it could be an alternate take...I'm seeing the movie again later today so I can confirm it later.

IF that's the case, then I guess I may have another shot of the Endo head without the special effects. Might post it tomorrow.

Found a few more snippets of deleted scenes, will try to post it tomorrow.

I doesn't matter if the deleted stuff is just offered as bonus on the DVD -- expect some fan edits between one month of the DVD release

This photo looked like it wasn't ment to be in the movie to me in the first place for some reason.

Ok, just got back. It seems the shot of the endoskeleton's hand from the trailer is an alternate take, because it moves slightly differently in the film. Also, the part where Star is holding the shotgun is in the movie.

Terry Crews actually gets some dialogue in the Director's Cut.

Quote:
Q: Over the last few months, we've heard a lot of "Salvation" talk from actor Terry Crews, but he's not in the film. Where'd he go?

McG: He's there; he's just got a bullet in his head. He's lying there dead at the top of the [movie]. There was a beat where he interfaced with John Connor, going into the foxhole. It was designed to be a misdirect [with Crews saying] — "Are you Connor? The John Connor? The one who was supposed to do this, that and the other?" And you would realize, "Wow, Connor is now leading this mission." But ultimately I felt that it was slowing down the opening thrust of the film. That Terry scene will be on the DVD.

Yeah, for such a great trailer's many shots to not even be in the final theatrical cut seems a damn shame. I'm sure we'll see them eventually.

I could do without Star having a shotgun, but I don't think she uses it at any time. Cameron was very careful not to portray young JC using guns.

To not even allude once to Kate's pregnancy is  Just a quick shot of his hand on her belly would have carried great poignancy, even if it's a little cliched.

Maybe Marcus is not shown being buried to give some wiggle room to bring him back?

She didn't have a shotgun exactly. That was Kyle's shotgun.

the star shotgun shot is just one trimmed shot happening when we see her the first time. She probably uses it to protect herself, she put it down right away.

Isn't the first time we see her when she cut the rope to crush the T-600 while Kyle picks up the shotgun while running on the roof with Marcus?

Yes. She's holding the shotgun and puts it down where Kyle can easily grab it as he runs by.
